Ingredia, a subsidiary of the Prospérité Fermière cooperative group, is a world specialist in milk proteins.
After three years of research conducted with La Rochelle Université (LIENSs-CNRS laboratory), Ingredia has launched Pep2Dia®, a bioactive ingredient derived from milk proteins that significantly reduces blood sugar levels after meals. Pep2Dia® has been patented and was launched in 2019 with the aim of reducing blood glucose levels in people with pre-diabetes.
